FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wind power engineering and may be used for power generation. A wind-driven power plant comprises a tower, two booms connected at the angle and to the upper part of the tower, and also rotary frames with rotors-wind wheels, hubs of which are fixed on frames suspended to booms. Stators are arranged between rotors-wind wheels. Main vertical fins are fixed on booms. Additional fins are placed on rotary frames, installed as capable of closure of main fins in the side plane.
EFFECT: advantage of this wind-driven power plant is improvement of opportunities of resistance to storm gusts.
