SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wind energy, namely to devices that convert wind energy into electrical or other types of energy. The wind power plant consists of a tower (1), a rotary base (2), a wind wheel (3) with a horizontal shaft, generators (6, 7) and two poles (4, 5). The poles (4, 5) are located parallel to the tower (1). There are generators (6, 7) at the lower end of each pole (4, 5). The poles (4, 5) are connected by the horizontal shaft (8) located on the base (2) below the horizontal shaft of the wind wheel (3).

EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring the balance of the plant relative to the tower and increasing energy efficiency.
