FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to wind power engineering. The wind-driven power plant contains a fixed base, a movable base, a tower, a boom, a transverse girder with braces, two groups of tie-rods with heads with wind wheels. Wherein additionally contains a second transverse girder with hinge joints, in which the top tie-rods with heads with wind wheels are secured. At bottom ends of the top tie-rods the hinge joints are installed, in them the second tie-rods with heads with wind wheels are secured. At ends of the second tie-rods the hinge joints are installed, in them the third tie-rods with heads with wind wheels are secured. On the first tie-rods the high speed wind wheels are secured, on the second tie-rods the medium speed wind wheels are secured, and on the bottom tie-rods the low speed wind wheels are secured.
EFFECT: invention increases orienting moment and ability to withstand storm gusts.
