SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conferencing and specifically to a transmission terminal capable of transmitting and receiving screen display data shared with another transmission terminal. A transmission terminal, which transmits image data to another transmission terminal through a predetermined relay apparatus, comprises a unit for storing information on the relay apparatus to which the transmission terminal transmits image data, and a unit for receiving display data from an external input apparatus connected to the transmission terminal. The display data are displayed on the external input apparatus and are display data shared with another transmission terminal. Furthermore, the transmission terminal includes a transmission unit for transmitting display data received by the receiving unit to the relay apparatus, indicated by the relay apparatus information stored in the storage unit.
EFFECT: faster data transmission processing of material in a conferencing system owing to a lower working load at the central video conferencing server.
