SUBSTANCE: cold-adapted strain of influenza virus B/Victoria/2/63/87 has unique mutations in the genes encoding proteins PB2, PB1, PA, NP, M1, NS1, and is intended for obtaining cold-adapted reassortant candidate strains for obtaining live influenza seasonal vaccine.
EFFECT: improvement of the strain properties.
