Hollow body (1) incorporates at least one partially permeable wall (6) extending between two at least partially opposed holes (7) and around the first lengthwise direction (3). Hollow body (1) has primary cross-section shape (4) that defines the first cross-section area (5) and at least one of holes (7) defines second cross-section area (8) which is larger than the first one (5). Said primary cross-section shape (4) of hollow body (1) extends through at least 50% of its length in the first lengthwise direction (3). Hollow body (1) diverges at end area nearby at least one of holes (7). Invention discloses exhaust gas cleaner with hollow body and vehicle with such cleaner.
