SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a mutant bacterial protein-exporter of aminoacid YddG. The invention also relates to a bacterium of Escherichia genus, which produces an aromatic amino acid, with the bacterium containing DNA, which codes the mutant protein-exporter of YddG amino acid.
EFFECT: claimed is a method of obtaining aromatic L-amino acids, such as L-phenylalanine and L-tryptophane, as well as a method of obtaining a lower alkyl ether of N-(α-L-aspartyl)-L- phenylalanine with the application of the said bacteria The invention makes it possible to obtain aromatic L-amino acids, as well as the lower alkyl ether of N-(α-L-aspartyl)-L- phenylalanine with a high degree of efficiency.
