FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used for manufacturing of light-emitting devices. Essence of the invention introduces the device containing a substrate having the first refraction coefficient, a transparent electrode coupled to an organic layer and placed between the organic layer and substrate, at that the transparent electrode has the second refraction coefficient different from the first refraction coefficient. The intermediate layer is selected so that it has the third refraction coefficient in order to match the first refraction coefficient with the second one significantly. The intermediate layer is made between the substrate and transparent electrode.
EFFECT: provision of probable reduction in root-mean square value of roughness of the transparent electrode sputtered film and improvement of electrical properties for the transparent electrode layer.
