FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: light-emitting device ensures improvement in light output for organic light-emitting diodes (OLED), it contains porous metal or metalloid oxide placed between the substrate and transparent conductive material in OLED. Refraction index of the light-emitting layer and light dissipation may be regulated by changing size of pores, density of pores, doping of metal oxide, introduction of isolating, conductive or semi-conductive component or pore bridging. The method for forming light-emitting device includes formation at the substrate of light-emitting layer containing porous metal or metalloid oxide, for example, using chemical vapour deposition at atmospheric pressure and further production of conductive material at the light-emitting layer.
EFFECT: improved efficiency in forming light-emitting diodes.
