FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a transparent electrode on a substrate for OLED, which includes series (i) a transparent substrate of mineral glass, (ii) a scattering layer formed from enamel with high refraction index, containing at least 30 wt. % Bi2O3, (iii) a barrier layer of at least one dielectric metal oxide selected from a group consisting of Al2O3, TiO2, ZrO2 and HfO2, precipitated by AFR, (iv) a layer of transparent conductive oxide (PPO). Invention relates to a method of making such an electrode and to OLED, including one such electrode.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is to provide protection against surface damage of enamel layers.
