SUBSTANCE: method for nematode preparation for the morphological and histological examination involves fixing the examined material by a mixture of ethanol with 10% neutral formalin, dehydrating in alcohols, filling with a mixture of equal portions of castor oil and celloidine, washing the material from castor oil, impregnating in paraffin by thermal conditioning and filling with paraffin additionally; according to the invention, the material to be examined is presented by the nematodes; the fixing mixture additionally contains sodium chloride in an amount of no more than 1 g per 100 ml of the mixture with using 70% ethanol taken with 10% neutral formalin in the following proportions: 9:1; the fixing procedure is performed for 3-4 hours; the dehydrating procedure is fivefold with 96% ethanol, and the examined material filled with the mixture of castor oil and celloidine is kept for 10-12 hours.

EFFECT: reducing the time for performing the method, prolonged storage life with no changes of histological structures of the examined material and tissue paint quality of the examined material.
