SUBSTANCE: invention presents a method for evaluating a risk of developing cardiovascular complications in females suffering from the hypertensive disease by blood sampling from the patients, blood measuring for interleukin-α, receptor interleukin-1 antagonist by the immunoenzyme technique differing by determining a value equal to a relation of the receptor interleukin-1 to interleukin-1α antagonist, a leukemia blood cell inhibition factor and a CD34 cell count that is followed by diagnosing developing cardiovascular complications for the following 5 years with stating a high, medium or low risk of developing complications.

EFFECT: invention enables providing the more accurate evaluation of an individual risk of developing fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events in the females suffering from essential arterial hypertension.
