SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, in particular, to grinders-dispensers of mostly stalked fodders formed in rolls and bales. The grinder-dispense comprises a hopper (2) with a longitudinal bottom conveyor (3). In the front wall inside the hopper (2) there is a hub with a flange (5), to which a blade rotor is fixed with grinding elements (7), installed pairwise on each blade (6) by means of brackets. Grinding elements (7) are made as knives of segment shape. The device is also equipped with a grinder installed inside the hopper (2) and made as a large (10) and small underneath (9) milling drums. At the same time the distance between the axis of the large milling drum (10) and the end of the rotor blade (6) does not exceed the diameter of the large milling drum (10).

EFFECT: invention provides for high-quality grinding and even dispensing of fodder.
