SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining and can be used in underground mining of potash salts deposits for waterproofing of flooded areas and water-flooded mining openings. In the concrete body the jumpers comprise either tubing diaphragm, or tube-hole, as well as control means of tightness of the jumper, and the wall coating of the working with waterproofing material is performed in case of emergency.

EFFECT: increasing the tightness of the contact of the jumper and comprising rock due to waterproofing of this contact.
