SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the waterproofing of a mine working in salt mines. A waterproofing structure for a mine working in salt mines consists of a fixed stop hermetically installed in the mine working, a section of a binder material adjacent to it and the mine working, bounded by a second stop on the side of the brine inlet, and at least one layer of permeable material. At the same time, the permeable material is located on the surface of the binder adjacent to the inner side of the second fixed stop hermetically installed in the mine working, in the body of which pipes are mounted to ensure the flow of brine to the binder. On the outer side of the second stop, on the side of the brine inlet, there is a loose salt mass corresponding to the composition of the surrounding rocks and limited by filtering bridges.

EFFECT: increase in the sealing properties of a waterproofing structure and ensuring its effectiveness, regardless of the composition of salt rocks.
