FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and may be used at thermal power plants. Thermal power plant comprises a steam-gas unit with a gas turbine, compressor of the gas turbine unit, combustion chamber, heat-recovery boiler, and a steam turbine with a condenser, which is connected to pipelines of cooled and heated circulating water. Pipeline of heated circulating water comprises a main evaporator of heat pump plant (HPP), an additional evaporator of the HPP is connected to the line of cooling cycle ambient air ahead of the compressor of the gas turbine unit. Main condenser of the HPP is included in the pipeline of the steam turbine condenser, additional condenser of the HPP is connected to the line of heating ambient air ahead of the compressor of the gas turbine unit.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency and reliability of thermal power station owing to reducing heat losses of heated circulating water, reducing power of devices for cooling heated circulating water of the condenser of the steam turbine, continuous maintaining optimum temperature of cycle ambient air for the gas turbine unit, as well as excluding the possibility of icing an inlet part of the compressor of the gas turbine unit in the cold season.
