FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair works. Proposed method comprises gas evacuation from section part, sealing and gas feed to section part, sealing and gas injection after repair or replacement of section part. Note here that for sealing after repair or replacement of section part, combustion products are forced therein at Rc>75 kgf/cm2. Thereafter, pressure is decreased to force there the portions of gasified nitrogen from appropriate plant. Combustion products and portions of gasified nitrogen are displaced by forcing natural gas column via extra pipe connecting this section with adjacent section. This performed by standard pressure pumps at working pressure of the main line. Minor amount of gasified nitrogen is diverted from section part at sealing and directed into nitrogen gasifier. Proposed system comprises standard turbocompressor driven by aircraft turbines, working fluid source, compressor hardware with working fluid coolers arranged between working fluid source and main line section, gas transfer ACS. This system is equipped with combustion product gas generators connected with section inlet, liquefier of nitrogen got from combustion products diverted from this section and communicated with its outlet, gasifier of liquefied nitrogen with channel to feed gasified channel to section inlet and outlet. Note here that this section is connected via extra pipe with adjacent part of the other section.
EFFECT: decreased harmful emissions.
