SUBSTANCE: vulcanized rubber composition for making light rubbers comprises the following components by wt h: 100.0 natural rubber; sulfur 2.50; diphenyl 0.37; kaptaks 0.48; zinc oxide 55.0; titanium white 55.0; stearic acid 1.0; ultramarine 0.073; phthalic anhydride 0.50; protective wax YaV 1 1.80-2.10; comprehensive antioxidant 1.0-2.0. The complex antioxidant includes, wt %: 2.2-methylenebis(4-methyl-6-t-butylphenol) 44.00-36.00; ε-caprolactam 43.00-35.00; zinc oxide 5.00-4.50; salicylic acid 16.50-15.50.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain bright vulcanizates that have a long-term resistance to thermal and oxidative aging.
