SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of preserved appetisers production. The method envisages recipe components preparation, parsley greens cutting and freezing, rice cooking till weight increases by 150%, tofu and brined cucumbers cutting, fresh green peas freezing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
