FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filter elements and filters versions. Filter element comprises lower part, upper part with neck making the flow first channel, and bead extending, at least partially, around said neck and connected therewith to make the second flow channel. Filter element comprises filtering medium tightly connected with upper and lower parts to make the gas flow path between first and second flow channels through filtering medium. In compliance with first version, aforesaid bead has abutting face arranged at, at least partially, outer perimeter to taper towards lower part. In compliance with second version, said bead has seal intake part made, at least partially, at outer perimeter, at least one communicating channel between one of two flow channels and seal intake part and seal part retaining parts that define the seal element intake part. In compliance with third version, said bead comprises abutting surface arranged, at least partially, at outer perimeter to intake appropriate seal so that it takes the radial magnitude without extra force application. Compressed air filter comprises filtering element and filter case to accommodate the latter tightly and having first sealing surface connected with filtering element seal. Said surface is made, at least partially at the inner perimeter while filter case cover with second sealing surface is connected with filtering element seal and made, at least partially, at front side. In compliance with first version, filtering element can be connected with case upper part and cover so that filter case closure causes relative motion of second cover sealing surface for radial expansion of seal due to translation of filtering element bead on abutting face for tight abutting on first sealing surface of said upper part of the case. In compliance with filter second version, filtering element can be connected with case upper part and cover to expand filtering element at case closed position when pressure is forced via, at least one connection channel at seal intake part to tighten abutting on seal sealing surface of case upper part and cover second sealing surface. In compliance with filter third version, filtering element can be connected with case upper part and cover to expand filtering element at case closed position when pressure is forced via, at least one connection channel at seal intake part to tighten abutting on seal sealing surface of case upper part and cover second sealing surface owing, mainly, in fact, axial force from second sealing surface and tight abutting of sealing element on filter element beat abutting on first sealing surface of case upper part.
EFFECT: tight connection between case, cover and filtering element, wherein no frictional forces are generated between the sealing member and the corresponding sealing surfaces.
