FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical materials science and can be used in creating materials to be used in traumatology and orthopaedics, maxillofacial surgery and surgical dentistry, and also as drug carriers or cell culture substrates. A method for preparing a calcium pyrophosphate porous material involves preparing a charge mixture containing calcium phosphate having a Ca/P ratio within 0.9-1.1 synthesised by co-deposition from soluble calcium salts and soluble phosphates providing reaction by-products readily-removable by thermal processing, and an ingredient making it possible to form a porous structure by thermal processing and presented by sodium dihydrophosphate with moulding and annealing at temperatures within the range of 800-900°C.
EFFECT: invention provides preparing the calcium phosphate porous resorbed material having a porosity of 60-70%.
