FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sewage disposal plants. Proposed plant comprises intake filter, suction pipe, check valve, pump unit, ejector, flotation chamber with filter and filter bed. Ejector is connected with bypass pipe and arranged at pump unit inlet. Protective screen is fitted at ejector inlet. Note here that said ejector has two unions, one to feed reagent solution connected to metering pump and another one to atmospheric air inflow. Both unions incorporate check valves. Note also that ejector is connected with two-stage saturator, second stage of which including pressure gage and discharge line connected with common pipeline. Saturator second stage is connected via check valve with distributing manifold via nozzles arranged at flotation chamber bottom including scraper mechanism, flute and overflow pipe communicated with the filler upper part, said filter being provided with the bed of adsorbing filtering bed retained by support and pressure frames. Every nozzle of said manifold consists on the case with union. Said union is rigidly coupled with said case and aligned with its top part. Note here that it has cylindrical fluid feed bore communicated with diffuser axially symmetric with said case and union. Sprayer arranged perpendicular to said case and composed of a solid disk is connected to case bottom by at least three spokes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
