FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment plants used on vehicle wash stations. Flotation filtration unit contains a filter, a suction line, a non-return valve, pumping unit, ejector connected to the bypass pipeline and installed at the inlet of the pumping unit, a flotation chamber with a filter and a filter load layer, and at the entrance to the ejector a protective net is installed, which serves to prevent clogging of the ejector nozzle. Ejector has two chutes, one of which serves to inject the reagent solution and is connected by a tube to the dosing pump, and the other serves to suck in atmospheric air. Ejector is coupled with a two-stage saturator, the second its stage comprising a pressure gauge and an outlet main line connected to the common pipeline. Second stage of the saturator through the check valve is connected to the distribution manifold through nozzles, located in the lower part of the flotation chamber, comprising a scraper mechanism, a tray and an overflow tube connected to the upper part of the filter having a layer of adsorbing filtering charge, which is held by the supporting and clamping frames. Each of the nozzles of the distribution manifold consists of a housing with a screw coaxially located at the bottom of the housing and a socket with a cylindrical fluid inlet located in the upper part of the body, connected to a diffuser, an axisymmetric body and a fitting. Screw is pressed into the body to form a conical chamber located above the auger, coaxial to the diffuser. Outer surface of the screw is two serially connected surfaces, one of which is at least a single-threaded groove with a right or left thread and is located inside the housing, and the second surface is made smooth in the form of a rotational body axially symmetrically connected to a spray disk located perpendicular to the axis of the housing, and stands for the end surface of the lower part of the body. Surface of the spray disk, projecting beyond the end surface of the lower part of the body, made bent shape toward the lower part of the body and has radial cuts on the peripheral part alternating with the continuous part of the surface of the spraying disc. Nozzle spray disc is displaced along the axis of the nozzle down from the smooth surface of the body of rotation of the screw, connected to the screw surface of the screw by an amount h, dependent on the viscosity of the liquid being sprayed, and is connected to the screw by means of a rod. Diffuser is connected to the end of the lower part of the nozzle body, enclosing the spray disk, at the same time the top of the diffuser there at least three ejection openings are formed.

EFFECT: technical result is a high efficiency of wastewater treatment.
