SUBSTANCE: mobile communication method comprises the following steps: user equipment (UE) switches an access network for a connection addressee from E-UTRAN to UTRAN/GERAN via a radio channel; MME (mobility management node) receives a channel removal request for a packet voice communication channel from S-GW (service gateway). MME sends the channel removal response to S-GW, without sending the packet voice communication channel release command to UE or E-UTRAN, if the received channel removal request has a basic channel disconnection flag.

EFFECT: prevention of an undesired traffic generation and provision of corresponding switching of the user equipment voice communication.
