SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the control unit for the fluid medium flow. The regulator (100), contains the valve body (102), forming a path for passing of fluid medium flow (108), body of a power actuator (106), connected to the valve body, tubular control element (130), located, at least, partially within the envelope of the power actuator and adapted to movement with reference to the body of the valve for regulation of fluid medium flow through the path of fluid medium flow, central stem (186), located, at least, partially within the tubular control element and fixed to the envelope of the power actuator, first spring seat (188), located within the tubular control element and fixed to the central rod, second spring socket (190), located, at least, partially within the tubular control element and pre-determining the position of the hole, through which the central rod passes, and spring (193), located between the first and second spring seats, spring adapted to deflection of the tubular control element in a pre-determined position with reference to the regulator body, meanwhile the second spring seat contains a connecting piece of the spring seat (200), fixed to the control element, and the ring of the valve pocket engaging the spring and adapted to the shift with reference to the connecting piece of the spring seat for spring self-equalisation within the tubular control element in a similar way.
