SUBSTANCE: device is used for transplantation of undergrowth with the machine method and can be used in forestry activity. The device comprises a bearing housing. On the housing two gripping jaws are located, made up of blades, together forming the shape of a sphere part, with the possibility of their rotation around the horizontal axes of rotation. The bearing housing of the device has an arcuate shape, on the ends of which the rotation axes of the gripping jaws are fixed. The radius of the arc formed by the bearing housing exceeds the radius of curvature of the gripping jaws, which enables free rotation of the gripping jaws inside the stationary bearing housing of the device. The radius of the blade of the smaller gripping jaw is less than the radius of the blade of the greater gripping jaw passively hinged on the axes of rotation by the thickness of material from which they are made. The outer side of the blade of the gripping jaw of the smaller radius is equipped with the pushers mounted with the ability of movement along the guide grooves located on the inner surface of the blade of the gripping jaw of the larger radius. When moving the smaller gripping jaw under the action of force applied to it by means of hydraulic cylinders and the contact of the pushers with the end points of the guide grooves the joint movement of both gripping jaws is possible.

EFFECT: device guidance to dug undergrowth is simplified.
