SUBSTANCE: device includes a supporting body, eyelets for the body attachment to the handler arm, two identical gripping jaws, a support platform. The gripping jaws consist of a digging down bracket and two bearing strips of a variable radius attached thereto with a roller between the strips, they are placed on swivel bearings and rotatable in a vertical plane and horizontally movable with the help of connection of the swivel bearings with hydraulic cylinders through levers.

EFFECT: improved quality and efficiency of digging planting material, the root system of which is covered by a soil clod, with the possibility of preparation of planting spots for planting material.
