The radius of the arcs that characterize the shape of the upper and lower frame is larger than the radius of curvature of the gripping jaws. Rotation of the lower gripper jaw is possible due to the effort of hydraulic cylinder aimed at it, which is located on the lower part of the bearing housing, and rotation of the upper gripping jaw is possible due to the effort of hydraulic cylinders located at both ends of the arc of the upper frame under the action of the hydraulic cylinders connecting it with the bearing housing of the device, and has an ability of pressing to the fixed lower frame.
