FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: thin-film silicon solar cell includes a substrate, an undercoat formed on top of the substrate, which includes a first layer containing tin oxide or titanium dioxide and a second layer containing a mixture of oxides with a homogeneous or inhomogenous composition, said mixture comprising oxides of Sn, P, Si, Ti, Al and Zr, and a conducting coating formed on top of the undercoat, where the conducting coating contains oxides of one or more elements selected from Zn, Fe, Mn, Al, Ce, Sn, Sb, Hf, Zr, Ni, Zn, Bi, Ti, Co, Cr, Si or In or an alloy of two more of said materials.
EFFECT: producing a coating for a solar cell which intensifies electron flow through a transparent conducting oxide while improving light-scattering properties and transparency of the solar cell.
