FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: workpiece multipass rolling is performed by method of reduction and shaping of each workpiece in frames with various circumferential speeds of working rolls and increase of forward tension of spring plate while rolling. During each pass at inlet to deformation zone and outlet from deformation zone measured are corresponding speeds of spring plate surface movement contacting to roll with high speed of rotation. When these speeds get equal at inlet to deformation zone and outlet from deformation zone, pass is completed at reached reduction value. The next pass is started from the section, where sizes of ready spring plate were reached during the previous pass.
EFFECT: higher quality or ready products and efficiency.
