When the maximum value of the FLOP data storage device is represented as FLOPMax and the minimum value of FLOP is represented as FLOPMin, the FLOPMin is 2.5 or more and the value FLOPMin/FLOPMax is 0.80 or more and 1.00 or less.
EFFECT: proposed data storage device has a high degree of pearl lustre.
