The service provider component is a central short message gateway, a WEB gateway or a stream media gateway, and the mobile data service platform is configured to receive a message with a presentation request, obtain and store presentation information containing information about the provider, the recipient and means of paying for the presentation, receive an authentication and cost request message, request stored presentation information in accordance with the authentication and cost request message and obtain through the payment means the presentation relationship, wherein if the presentation relationship is defined, process authentication and determine the cost for a defined provider based on the payment means and the current limit.
