FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture field, in particular, to fodder production. The method for fodder preparation involves vegetal raw materials milling, introduction of fodder additives represented by monocalcium phosphate, culinary salt and an ammonium additive with further enzymic bacterial hydrolysis with introduction of a preliminarily prepared starter containing ruminant animals paunch contents. Pulverised coniferous trees twigs are used as vegetal raw material. During the starter preparation one adds to ruminant animals paunch contents such paunch milled tissue; the fodder additives represented by monocalcium phosphate, culinary salt and an ammonium additive are introduced in the form of a solution acidified to pH=3-4 so that to condition the milled raw material moisture content to 55-60%. Then the raw materials are maintained under air-tight conditions until wood softening Then one introduces the liquid enzyme bacterial starter, proceeds with stirring and the mixture moisture content conditioning to 65-80%; then the mixture is maintained in anaerobic conditions for 12-48 h, with the produced fodder aired before feeding.

EFFECT: invention implementation ensures the fodder quality enhancement with simultaneous simplification of the fodder preparation and storage technology.
