FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: access to a growth is planned and gained with the use of a neuronavigation system. A zone of the active growth comprising a thermal destruction focus is preliminarily localised. A light fibre is delivered to the growth surface. The growth is exposed to infrared laser light at a wave length of 950-1050 nm in a continuous mode of power of 2W at duration of 40-60 sec. The total radiation dose is 80-120 J. Herewith the light fibre is reciprocated smoothly along the axis.
EFFECT: reducing a risk of haemorrhagic complications, ensuring the thermal effect taking into account the growth biological activity distribution with using short-term exposure and a small amount of the intensive laser light.
