EFFECT: method provides more effective surgical management of the patients with the mediobasal divisions of the temporal lobe and / or thalamus by increasing the maximum degree of resection of the formation and determination of blood flow by sinus of tentorium cerebelli and large arterial and venous reservoirs of posterior cranial fossa for their preservation during surgical operation.
