FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: frozen whipped homogenised product contains the main component and a binding component. The main product is represented by a ready dish from among first courses, pates, dishes of pre-cooked vegetables, dishes of pre-cooked meat sea-foods, dishes of pre-cooked meat, poultry and fish by-products. The contain of the main component in the ready product is 50%÷90%. The binding component is represented by vegetable oil, milk, cream, glucose syrup or their mixtures. The product preferably contains a stabiliser.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a new frozen whipped homogenised product with variable taste qualities and ensure high adaptability of the process and obtain a product with long storage life.
