FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ice cream contains milk, butter, dry milk, sugar and additionally contains salt, black ground pepper and dried venison in the form of shavings as components. Ice cream is a popsicle on a stick, the base of which is a vanilla ice cream covered with white glaze. One adds to the glaze dried venison chips, salt and ground black pepper.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of ice cream with new taste properties and improvement of biological value of ice cream.
