SUBSTANCE: method comprises drilling a hole in the ice, mounting under the ice cover of the hollow shell, equipped along the contour with the inflatable enclosure, injecting into the cavity of the shell and the inflatable enclosure of hot air, and in the area of contact of the shell with contaminated ice - the working agent. After that, the pollutants and air-free shell is removed from under the ice cover, the next hole is drilled in the ice, and the operations to remove from under the ice cover of pollutants are repeated. Drilling holes in the ice, mounting under the ice cover of the shell is carried out directly in the oil spill area. The working agent injected into the area of contact of the shell with contaminated ice is used as light oil or petroleum product heated to the temperature 15°C below the flash point. The device required for implementing the method comprises a winch for round-trip operations with a shell, a vacuum pump, a compressor, hoses for feeding and pumping from the shell and the inflatable enclosure of hot air and pumping from under the ice cover of pollutants. The device is additionally equipped with a capacity for crude oil or petroleum product, a device for heating the working agent and the pressure pump.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of oil skimming, petroleum products from under the ice cover of flow and still water reservoirs.
