FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: corneal tunnel paracentesis is formed in a region opposite the localisation of an approach of a previous antiglaucomatous operation. After the adhesions are separated under a superficial sclera flap, the sclera is perforated to form a connection between the suprascleral and subconjunctival spaces. A porous collagen drain tube is inserted under the superficial scleral flap.
EFFECT: long-term stable recovery of the intraocular fluid flow from the anterior eye chamber into the subconjunctival space.
