FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: conjunctiva is incised. A scleral U-flap 3×6mm is separated with its free end facing a limb and a base facing an equator. A scleral tunnel is created. A deeper scleral flap is separated, and an outer wall of a Schlemm's canal is removed. A polyamide suture 5/0 is inserted into the created tunnel. A filter region is covered with a superficial scleral flap. The conjunctiva is sutured.
EFFECT: reducing the adhesive process and cicatrisation, providing the stable filtration.
