SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For surgical treatment of primary glaucoma, conjunctiva is incised, conjunctiva and tenon coat are separated from sclera, the scleral flap is cut out with a base to the limb, a sinustrabecullectomy with the autoplastic drainage of the anterior chamber, and the flap is closed with nodular sutures. On remaining scleral flap scraping surface of sclera performing longitudinal, parallel incisions, forming four strips, from which the distal strip is cut from the choroid to a ciliary body and placed in a tunnel formed with a spatula in the suprachoriodal space, where an intraocular fluid efflux is created through the uveoscleral path. From the remaining three scleral strips, a median one is partially separated by bringing it into the anterior chamber of the eye, exposing the surface of the ciliary body and creating an additional path for the outflow of intraocular fluid from the anterior chamber.

EFFECT: method enables achieving a stable hypotensive effect, reducing the number of complications by creating an additional intraocular fluid outflow pathway, through suprachoroidal space by sclera autodrainage is low-traumatic, safe, single-stage and does not require application of donor and artificial material.
