FIELD: materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thin-film glass-ceramic coatings used in material science and medicine. Method of producing thin-film coating based on SiO2-TiO2-P2O5-CaO involves preparation of a film-forming solution (FFS) with further application of said solution on surface of a silicon substrate and step-by-step thermal treatment. Method comprises preparing two film-forming solutions, merging said solutions with further application onto a substrate with step-by-step thermal treatment at temperature of 80 °C for 20 min followed by stabilisation annealing at temperature 600 °C for 1 hour. For first FFS components are used at following ratio, wt%: tetrabutoxytitanium - 0.4-1.0; butyl alcohol - balance. For second FFS components are used at following ratio, wt%: tetraethoxysilane - 4.6; calcium chloride - 2.8-3.4; orthophosphoric acid - 0.5; ethyl alcohol - balance.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining coating which is stable over time, having a refraction index and thickness less than 100 nm.
