FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: afterburner contains the burner with slots for air leak-in and vortex-generators to intensify mixing of the combustion components with air and to regulated air flow rate, they are made in form of discs secured on the rotating axles, at that angle between these axles projection on the horizontal plane is from 0 to 90 degrees, the discs are located on different levers through the burner height by at least two tiers with possibility of their rotation by angle 360 degrees. Outside surface of discs has shoulders, ratio of their heights to the disc diameter is within range h:D=0.05÷1.1:1, ratio of distance between rotation discs and disc diameter is within range H:D=1:1.15÷1.25, and ratio of distance between shoulders to the shoulder height is within range L:h=3÷4:1.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of combustion components of anode gas afterburning - carbon oxide, resinous substances; assurance of the possibility to regulate negative pressure in burner and volume of leak-in air, as wells as assurance of the possibility of safe deposits removal from the burner cavity without use of tools - scrapers, skimmers etc.
