The device contains a hollow light waveguide, the core of which is filled with water or water solution with an index of refraction, large index of refraction of the shell. On the ends of the light waveguide the transparent windows are located, and the internal surface of the shell of the light waveguide has the coating containing carbon nanotubes.
EFFECT: ensuring of transmission of powerful laser radiation.
