FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of liquid and solid phases isolated as precipitate solid particles and can be used in animal breeding, agriculture, food and chemical industries. Proposed separator comprises cleaning tank with fouled fluid inlet, solid particles outlet and filtrate outlet, multiple three-ply rotary filter units arranged between fouled fluid inlet and solid particles outlet. Every said three-ply rotary filter unit comprises disc-like larger diameter filter element, disc-like smaller diameter filter element and multiple disc-like filter elements with the ledge. Each of the latter features diameter smaller than that of larger diameter filter element, but larger than that of smaller diameter element. Besides, it has rotary shaft. Tank loading side lateral wall and unloading side lateral walls are provided with sealing elements. End surface of the ledge of every disc-like filter element abuts on rear surface of adjacent filter element to make multiple filter grooves. Larger diameter disc-like element is arranged in the first filter groove of said multiple grooves. Smaller diameter disc-like element is arranged in the second filter groove of said multiple grooves. Said disc-like larger diameter filter element and disc-like smaller diameter can spin I time with rotary shaft at oscillation in axial direction in the first and second filter grooves, respectively. Three-ply rotary filter units are arranged in equal intervals as they increase in direction of solid particle discharge in two opposite top and bottom row. Adjacent three-ply rotary filter unit external peripheral edge of larger-diameter filter element of one of three-ply filter units is fitted in second filter groove of the other filter groove of the other of three-ply rotary filter units so that it is located nearby the ledge of filer element and external peripheral edge of smaller-diameter filter unit.
EFFECT: smooth filtration without clogging.
