FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for separation of solid and liquid phases. Separator comprises a screw type dehydrating unit (2), comprising screw (22), which performs primary dehydration of object to be treated, and rotary dehydration unit (3), comprising several rotating elements (30), located after dehydration unit of screw type, which performs secondary dehydration of object to be treated, primary dehydration of which was performed by dehydration unit of screw type. Screw rotates at higher rotation speed than rotating elements.
EFFECT: reduced moisture content and efficient release of object to be treated.
