FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: moisture-containing products drying method consists in forced blowing of trays with products with heated air, the trays positioned inside the drying device body; each tray is blown independently of the others with exclusion of ingress of air blowing a specific tray into those positioned adjacent to it. The device for the method implementation contains a body with trays positioned therein and a heat generator ensuring the trays blowing with heated air, the generator positioned under the body with trays that are isolated from each other so that to exclude ingress of heated air from a specific tray into those positioned adjacent to it; the device additionally contains inlet nipples, in a quantity equal to that of trays, intended for supply of heated air into the trays, as well as outlet nipples, in a quantity equal to that of trays, intended for discharge of exhaust air from the trays, each nipple connected to the heat generator via an individual air duct.
EFFECT: extension of the application field and ensuring temporal uniformity of drying products in different trays.
