SUBSTANCE: grinding fitting for disk mill comprises a metal ring fixed to the bearing base with straight-line blades uniformly distributed over its working part, which are made in the form of truncated circle sectors. The width of the cross section of the inter-blade channels from the entrance to the periphery is uniformly increased, the depth is reduced and the area is constant. The edges of the single rotor blades and the stator are in contact with the circle which radius is their eccentricity relative to the center of the disk and are inclined to one side under equal non-zero angle to the radius of an arbitrary circle of the grinding annular surface of the disk. Coupling of the working side walls of the blades with the bases of the inter-blade channels are in the form of concave fillets, at that the fillet radius of the stator is greater than the fillet radius of the rotor.
EFFECT: ensuring the regime of mechanical impact on the fibrous material with a prevalence of shear stress.
