FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: flux contains the following component ratio, wt %: electrocorundum (19.0-25.0), synthetic slag (14.0-18.0), fluor spar (23.0-25.65), titanium-magnetite concentrate (0.50-1.0), barium fluoride (0.40-1.5), metallic manganese (1.0-2.50), ferrotitanium (0.30-0.60), ferrosilicium (0.20-0.50), calcined magnesite (23.0-34.30), and sodium silicate (5.0-8.0). Ratio of total content of calcined magnesite, fluor spar and 1/3 of synthetic slag, 1/3 of sodium silicate to total content of 2/3 of synthetic slag, 1/2 of electrocorundum and 2/3 of sodium silicate is in the range of 2.25-3.18. Synthetic slag has the following chemical composition, wt %: SiO2 (15-35), CaO (45-60), Al2O3 (5-10), CaF2 (8-16).
EFFECT: flux provides high impact strength of metal of welds and high strength of weld metal.
