FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the high-speed destruction of residual petroleum products. The method includes the adsorption of residual petroleum products in carbon sorbent pores and treatment with super-high-frequency radiation at an induced temperature up to 600°C in the flow of argon or carbon dioxide. At that peck or asphalt-free oil is used as residual petroleum products, they are taken in an even quantity with the carbon sorbent, and treatment by super-high-frequency radiation is made during 10-20 minutes. As a rule chipped wood coal is used as the carbon sorbent, with the dielectric loss tangent equal to 8.8.
EFFECT: suggested invention allows simple production of hydrogen, additional quantity of precious liquid hydrocarbons and concentrate of rare metals.
